I had similar problem before ... mine was with a 10T brushed motor and when the tx is close to the rx (eg, at pit) it works fine but if I move away from the car, it get jams inconsistently. At the end, I did the following to resolve the problem (none of my radio gears has problem) :
(1) rewire the ESC such that the +/- wire is not close to and/or over the rx crystal position
(2) rewire the ESC such that the +/- batteries wire is not close to the rx antenna
(3) use something like that on the - motor wire and - batt wire to avoid / reduce interference
BTW, what is the stuff (you circled it above) connected to the -ve motor wire? How should it call in Chinese or English? I may get i ...

No thanks - the one is just clip on the - wire of the batt and motor, not soldered or connected ... etc. I am not sure how it called, perhaps some other members in the board can assist further.
