Ok DK666 Brother, I have double check and confirm a few fact, and I am sorry for all the trouble you are having.

TD310155 were not design as a Optional parts for DESC410R, it was for the 410 Buggy series only. If you check TD website, they have clearly mention this.

You are right that there are no holes on the chassis for TD320005 for the DESC410R.

The major difference of the new version include some up grade parts, nothing that you cannot buy now. Its more like a op vereion. The only thing you cant get right now will be the new arms, which also will be a running change for the future. Nothing to be piss about.
