ya, I use 2 washers on the small gear and one on the big gear. Very smooth now. Play all day yesterday, check the gear diff after and still look very good.
use -1托. the kit springs are way too hard anyway. I am using 2.7 front and 2.5 rear spring at TRC. Push a little but I am still trying different spring now.
3 degree rear toe in, the tail will be very stable. almost too stable. 比油就會擺, check if the shocks and camber are equal. And are you using lipo? If yes must add weight at battery side. around 50-60g.
Yes, use 0.5 degree RF arm mount with 2 degree RR arm mount = 2.5 degree toe in rear. I am using stock shocks with M car short spring now. May change back to sakura spring soon.
yes, increase rear downstop decrease rear traction under braking and corner entry. I have not try the sakura springs (optional) one yet. but my friend is using it and it works for him.
NRF is narrow rear front arm mount. It is narrower than RF (normal rear front mount). You need to change the rear rear mount (RR) to (NRR 2 degree) to get 2.5 degree toe.
I use the stock servo mount (bls451) with no servo saver, I just use futaba horn. My friend use the T3 servo horn as it will make the linkage perfectly straight, but no time to go buy it yet.... Will take some picture today or tomorrow when I go to the track. ;)
It would be nice if anyone can find a 1/10 touring car w reasonable performance (w/ carbon fiber chassis and aluminum bulk head) for under 2000hkd. lol
