This is an experimental conversion of an "alternative" servo mounting method for the Mini Inferno .
(pictures below)

The idea is to:-
a) enable the car to use one stick pack, in this case motorcycle lipo for brushless motor operation, and keeping the CG low
b) increase the strength of the chassis between the front gear box and the main chassis
c) to allow easy access to the servo arm, possibly to introduce a servo mounted saver rather than using the original in car saver.

and at the same time allowing the same fitting of the original mini inferno body shell.

PS: experiementing on my son's car . . . . LOL.

I think this would be a good upgrade part if any of the major after-market manufacturer would mass produce it.  So remember you seen it here first . . . ha ha LOL.

thanks.

It's simple a single piece flat material conversion, and with just a few screws.  So would be easy for making.  Took me around 1 hr to cut this.

More notes, 3-Racing centre ball diff is alloy, and if use powerful brushless, it may wear and dent after a while.

Atomic also makes a centre ball diff with both alloy and carbon-steel version.  The carbon steel one is much harder and last longer if you use powerful brushless.  But it quite expensive.

Harmony model is the big shop at the end of a row of RC shops - in chinese Hung Shing.

Actually, I used to think the same that there not many Mini Inferno parts.  As it turns out, 3 Racing, and Atomic (via EGR racing online), you can find many parts available.  Many shops like Harmony for example can order it for you once you get the part number from the 3-Racing and Atomic websites.

So far so good for me.
