New boy want to ask some question about 11.1V Lipo

If use 11.1V Lipo battery w/LSP 3T motor,Tekin RS PRO esc on  the 12 son.
Is it easy to burn the motor and the esc??

Should be too fast wor....  My friend tried 5T with 11.1 and it is very very fast already (too fast).  I normal use 3.5T with 1S.
