Taking example on Xceed tires (big rim, thin tire), the diameter for front and rear tires is about 48mm so they are ready to play and no need for trimming.

Do you know whether Yokomo R12 can use other brand rim eg. Xcreed tires?
Someone said Yokomo R12 can only use Yokomo Original rim.
Please help!

    I have a set of Yokomo pre-mounted front tires which having the same rim diameter (outer dia.) with Xceed rim.

Oic! It is because the cat shop told me that Yokomo only can use yokomo tire rim...!

I am not sure it is due to rim area bearing size or Lock screw size not fit...!

Let me try try  others brand tire rim next time to make sure that!

Nearly over look something on the rear tire, Yokomo is using offset-rim that means the yokomo rear tire could not be mounted to other normal rim.
