哈哈! 八天裡尋了六次歡, 上海三次, 浙江一次, 西安又兩次, 返到黎腳都軟

Good, HK should open more boating pool like mainland and UK etc.

I think it is more practical if HK's model association/party can write to LCSD and Council members !!
Also can add many signatures of boaters and modellers.  Any one can know the chairmen of these ass. ?

I know "HKHTMC" is under going the similar thing, so I would like to join up most action of them.
