To clear new engine, you must take it apart. If you don't understand, better take it to the shop where you bought it and ask for help. It is better to clear new engine because always chance of machine dust left inside and will greatly reduce the life of the engine if you dont clean them before running.
Use Nitro Fuel to clear and then add after run oil , if you dont have, use Sewing machine oil is just as good.
