* Enables EOS PC Control and Data Suite Software!
* Adds adjustable terminal voltage for PB (lead-acid charge)
* Adds FLOAT MODE to PB charge
* Changes PB Charge to true Bulk/Absorption/Float charge model (float optional)
* Adds OFF setting for PB Safety Timer (must be OFF for continuous FLOAT MODE)

v3.2  (the first fw update release for hardware v3 NET & DUO)
* Added Terminal Voltage Control Function (TVC). You MUST read this EXPLANATION before using TVC!!
* Changed Cooling Fan control such that the fan is stays on if case temp exceeds 45C, until falling below 40C.
NOTE:  EOS Insight Logging Software must be version 1.5.0.46 or later if using v3.2 NET/DUO firmware.

ECDS Enables:
* Full Control of the Charger Via PC
* Editing/Storage/Uploading of Memory Positions to/from Charger
