I forgot the number of the mini bus, but from choi hung there's one that goes to 順利紀律部隊宿舍, get off there and walk about 5-10minutes.

黃大仙同彩虹有小巴 54S 2-3個字一班, 去鑽石山可以搭91(?)
無得Charge電!
