我諗 HK 吾多啱玩, 差不多 1/6 ....
Regular Yeti seems better fit... But $5k HKD is quite bargain.... Less then Kyosho XXL and Baja SC flux....

咁比較唔知合唔合理,

但係, 如果yeti 同 E Revo 一類大腳比, 玩法有冇唔同? 邊樣好玩D?

我自己無玩過E Revo等々、
但試過同場Ching E Maxx,我Yeti、
可以講Yeti靈活好多、
可泊住SC、８仔（勉強）走

I still won't recommend E-Revo .. (I have 2 big, 3 small) Yes, they are quite fun, and fast .. but every time, run it straight, few jump, few flip .. done .. yes, with some upgrade you can make it more stable .. but it is $6,xxx already, buy 4 to 6 pack 3s lipo, another $2-3K, (or more if you want brand new lipo!) then Truggy tire is a must if you want handling, may be body, shocks, wheel and tire upgrade .. now over $10K ..and they are not near as durable as other 1/8 .. once you get boring about it, want to sell it ... or trade it .. but then no one wants it .. end up they are collecting dust ... I live in Canada, just throw them to my Garage and storeroom .. but not the case in HK ..

Don't get me wrong, they are neat,and bluetooth radio is cool, but you probably use your own radio .. if you really like them, and not care about running cost side ...

HI,

Another choice....Vaterra Twin Hammers. Similar to Yeti, front independent suspension and back axles, 2 speed. I got one, not bad not bad.

Mini Revo is fun ..  that is the first RC I bought in ~ 20 yr ...  lol  play with 3s is the best!

But when 3 yr ago, I walked to a hobby shop, all they had is Traxxas, some 1/8 nitro kit (will be over $1000 cad for a set),few AE RTR .. my first child was just 1.5 yr ago, so I picked the mini REVO because of the cool video ..  it was ~ $350 cad .. not bad back then.

Then I bought the RC18/T rtr and RC10 4.1 rtr . I still play the RC18 and RC10 once a while, but the Mini Revo (3, one with on road tire, one lots upgrads, one stock  . ) They are in my garage now .. the only one I keep it in my room is the mini Ken Block  .. (Same mini Revo chassis) because it looks so nice!

I paid also ~$350 cad for my Team C T8e RTR ..  so .. how can a Mini Revo compare for the same price?

(but Traxxas is on sale ALL the time, thus I still buy them when they are on sale ..

and they are the ONLY brand for sale with stock and parts here, from Hotel, electronic shop, toy shop, RC shop ... etc .. put it this way, same as only ONE 689 .. no choice ...

By the way, go for Yeti la.. seems like best buy now for ~ $3K HKD .. good brand, strong, all in one .. and big .. but not huge ..

For Twin Hummer, I love mine too, it looks so nice .. (90% reason why people buy it!) but it is a bit slow, and even both Yeti and Twins hummer are " 1:10 scale " but big difference in size, such as the 1/10 Traxxas Rally is so much bigger then the 1/8 HPI ... For HK, smaller size may be better in some way ..

師兄，依架正，香港未見过， Amain 有冇? 要買來过冬，太正喇！另，個士啤呔係堅定用來裝假狗?，架車係咪防水玩完可以冲涼？問完……

Hi,

I bought it from Singapore as moved to Singapore a few months ago....picking up my old hobby as pastime. The spare tire really works and interchangeable. I like it good scale, stylish, 2 speed - remote control high/low gear for crawler or fast run, so you need a 3 channel controller. Didn't try axle type RC so try it out and I like the size is not too big, easier to carry it around. I deployed my old on-road gears to it....4300KV Brushless and ESC, and you may consider their RTR model that comes with water-proof ESC, so it's washable.

Actually, r we talking about Yeti or Yeti XL here? totally diff .. one is big (~ 1/8 size) one is HUGE gigantic .. (~ 1/6 size )

其實我目標係thunder tiger G3 或G2, 我知香港ching 極少玩雷虎, 為左對到話所以用Ｅ Revo 黎做比喻. 不過聽你講完, 原來ＥRevo都有佢既問題, 學到嘢

我係諗, 因為Revo 又好雷虎大腳又好, 好巨大, 背囊都入唔到, 而且用4-6S 電, 要攞出去玩比較唔方便, yeti 似乎會係一個compromise,

但呢兩日又睇人D review, 發覺yeti 都有幾個位要改左先好行, ......仲未決定到.

Thunder tiger is awesome!!

You can order the MT4 ..

If you are not driving ....  very hard to play those huge 1/8 ..  if Yeti XL ..  even bigger ..

At least, 1/8 buggy, or even Yeti ..  when u take the wheel (and spoiler) off, not that bad to carry ..

You know, if you carry too much stuff around and take MTR ..  人地以為你水貨佬... youtube 你呀!
