I used Tomy Intruder EX and Schumacher CAT2000 with big size touring shell.
Foam Tire. 11T, 7 Cells.

記得剛開始玩RC時 , Touring 都好似未熱既時候 , 玩RC既人多數都係 1:10 buggy 用綿呔 , 我都係玩個架 Lazer , 4 條綿呔用 Buggy 殼 , 幾型 !

决賽重意外地俾人撞斷前油壓不能作賽而攪到好大件事添 .................. ( 唔係有心撞到佢嗰個就惨囉俾人插到阿媽都唔認得好無辜 )

in the old days...... I remembered many people were using the "Arrow silver dots" or "pink dots" foam tyres for on-road buggies........

平路 buggy 係80/90年代o既主流, 不過在90年代中期, ta01 & yr4 帶起touring car 潮流, 之後取代左平路 buggy o既地位...

while the black one is the Lazer 2000 (with plastic chassis)......

for the Turbo optima mid SE......I think it still worths something if you got the shell..........

hi everyone!

I remember i played that when i first started my R/C hobby in 1989, I had kyosho optima mid, laxer zr and yokomo 870C with arrow
silver and gold dot tyres, and I also used taiwanese tyres as well coz it was a lot cheaper compared with the other tyres. there were a
of cars from other manufactures like, Ninja and samuri from tokyo, schumacker cat short and long base, PB Mini, boomerang, hotshot,
bigwing, supershot,grasshopper(my first R/C car) and horney from tamiya. Ayk and red and blue galops.

Also my first R/c race meeting was at 19/8/1989, it was in San wo in yune long, I raced in student group with my older brother and i got the TQ of that day that was amazing me allthought I didnt win eventually. And i won my first trophy in R/c race in a mth after.it
was in the race on 13/9/1989 in choi hung estate also the student group.
I am actually from Tuen Mun(Ying Yuen model) and I am in Melbourne now. So anybody who also played R/C car back at that time?
and I probably met you!

NO 2WD LA. its 4WD, if you look at the wheels of Sierra in the first photo you will notice it.
