温engine的用意是在正常的工作情況下讓engine慢慢地熱一熱身。就算油壓油是combustible都冇意義啦！

My humble opinion is, it still can start the engine in a certain extend of temperature, pressure and with air compression ratio, a bad smell might occur due to like burn oil.
The concept of Running in a engine is with a hugh amount of gas + a lot of air in flow = sustainable lower speed running with a lot of lube....

Please correct me if I am wrong!!

I think the theory and operation of a RC 2 stroke engine is very similar to the full size 2 stroke engine. If we understand the full size engine more, it will be a benefit for playing the RC GP. There are so many information in the net !!

cant use silicone oil for engine run-in

the theory is very simple....silicone oil is imcompressible and imcombustible. If u put it inside the engine, the silicone oil wont combust. While u rotate the engine, making compression in the chamber between piston and cylinder. The main problem is that the silicone oil is very stable and imcompressible....under the compression forced by rotating the engine, it is HARMFUL to your chicken leg.......

It will harm your engine and the silicon inside will wear away the piston /sleeve very fast.
