It DOES NOT has balance port. It has a port to connect balancer but you need a balancer to for balance charge. This one is in fact an old model. Check the new models here.
This can charge A123 but max amp is 5A only. That means you lost the benefit of charge A123 in 15mins. Instead you can charge at 5A and finish charging in 30mins, not bad though.

HI I read about it before, it is a higher model with build in balancer, I notice that build in balancer may not work as good as stand alone balancer.(it does has the port not the balancer)
yes it is 5A only good enough for my lipo orion 3600(play car), I will buy a megapower 960 when car size a123 is ready!
of course it is hk company, so I did not by it in kws for $620 but $3?? in us!
thanks for your opinion, if you have a123 info later please tell me , I really interest it and I think it will replace all car battery within 2 years, I am preparing for it!
