RC Car have NO improvement on last 20 yrs!!!

I just re-active my 20 years old hobby to get the TA05IFS & DB01 now....very disappointed the improvement from last 20 yrs.......and seems no major differ between the DB01 & 20yrs old buddy.  If you look into Bandai's model toy...you will see the differ on the design as well as the materials(Master/Perfect Grade vs original Gundam series).....any comment???

現在玩RC, 真係比以前幸福.agree

20 years ago, only have 1:8, 1:10, 1:12...

Now we have 1:24 (MiniZ), 1:18 or 1:16; even 1:36!!!

Have funs!!!

十幾年前,買架TA02 gtr只係$200幾..宜家用TA02既車都要$500-600 la

I hate limited edition. It is because they just for collecton, not to play. So disapppointed.  You should enjoy the control of the RC models. This means you should play, not for worship

look at the driving system of the mr4tc compare with the BD or 415, is almost the same !

30年前,一架Rough Rider賣三佰幾蚊.差不多大部份工人半個月人工咁濟...而家玩車真係幸福好多架啦.就因為以前太多人可望而不可及,所以做成呢幾年vintage 咁瘋狂. 買吾到vintage都要買返盒Re-re滿足一下...

所以話，而家玩車，越黎越平，比我地玩既時候平好多

二十年來雙星的模型車都沒有加價，這就是進步。
年少時買的TA-01和現在的TA-05，價錢都是差不多。

儲懷舊車 is not an investment. It is a lovely hobby. If you don't have sufficient money, don't love this holy posion hobby.

I read a test report from magazine for 1st RC10 Vs RC10B4FT, Final result B4 just a bit fast then 1st gen. RC10.

I think the concept of both cars are almost the same, motor at the back plus longitudinal battery, spur gear slipper, double-wishbone suspension, main difference is the material of the chassis (plastic vs aluminium)

so, no wonder both cars got almost the same speed( provided that the drive-train in both cars are smooth)

Agree, 以前啲設計都仿照真車結構.但現在只要性能冇咗真車味道, 得番嗰殼最像真囖.

所以2000年以後D款, 無MUD特別我都唔儲LU
