標題: 新Engine 壓縮太勁怎辦???
加頂介子

要加幾多先為之ok ?

是否加到壓縮很弱一路試翻再除翻???

有咩準側???

我就冇咩準側
我通常用16%油,原裝頂介子再加0.1mm頂介子
撻車嗰陣時鬆火咀1/4圈,等撻著咗再收緊
咁樣run過幾副機都冇問題

我都係鬆火咀, 同埋唔放太多針先免得燃燒倉太多油一死火仲頂住把遮多D(當然視乎温度), 另外見過有師傳先用火槍整熱機身彭漲左先着機(手拉機勿試及小心高温).....小小分享

我通常會run-in好部engine之後先至會除返0.1出嚟

加頂介子 should NOT be the way to correct the problem....加頂介子 will change the plug firing point and compression rating....加頂介子 is only use for using HIGH % of fuel.

If your 壓縮太勁, you must HEAT your engine and heat it EVERYTIME you run your can and make your SLEEVE to enpand enought so your PISTON will work with the HEATED SLEEVE. Keep run in your engine.

Yes...it is a lot of work, but that is the RIGHT WAY to do it.

I have RB 1/8th on road engine...after 1.5 gallon, 壓縮 still tight, without heating the engine head, my starter box still cannot rotate the flywheel...it is NOT because of the engine, it is the nature of the design.

so , in case of new engine, if start without preheat....
it will damage the engine ?
i heard some high frequency sound when turn the tight fly wheel of a new engine by hand,
im afraid the piston was damaged
