i should clarify that it not exactly a carbon chassis...
Only the layers on both surface are carbon graphite. Let say the chassis is 3mm think...then only 0.3mm think on the surface layers are carbon fiber....thats why I say it is a sticker

Laminted meant a very THIN FILM mounted on the top surface......... therefore I said it is a sticker and nothing wrong; on the other hand, it is easy to understand.
I believe you have relationship with that facotry, you may consider to explain here to everybody how to maunfacture this board.

Honestly, I don't think the laminated layers have 0.5mm and 0.75mm.

我也不能答。
用砂紙打磨邊位，很多粉感覺是破殲板，但面底又會象碳纤一样一層層，奇怪！
扭動它，又比普通纤维板硬，未到碳纤板硬。

原因好簡單姐，塊板有三層，兩邊用兩塊好薄ga碳纖，中間夾一塊厚ga波纖，封埋邊，仲唔是一塊碳纖～～～
