I suggest keep your Q as is....
there is a big different for design on QSteer compare to Bit Char-G, 1 use 1.2 rechargeable battery vs 2xLR44...
as bit char uses rechargeable battery, it does not matter how fast battery runs out, user can recharge (2 mins run time for bit char g) while Q uses LR44, designer cannot ask user to change 2xLR44 every 2 mins, so voltage output on Q is way lower than bit char g, 0.6v to 1.39v.....
so no matter how good the motor is (if changing motor on QSteer from Bit char g), performance won't improve much...
