新入手 Slash Ultimate，打算全車打散再砌過，請問有那些地方要注意？

    一來喜歡砌車；二來怕原廠流水線式組合有defect.

了解架車既結構,有問題D易解決...?

打散再砌 not necessary la, Slash is assembled very good.
If you have time, change screw to stainless steel type la.
And if you have moer time, find some way to seal the space of main shaft ( both end ).
That's all you need to do.

弓起晒!如果末落地的話,最好OP左個J concept overtray同#6860x先.我未用6860x之前爛左幾隻大齒魔打齒兩隻Bearing一隻中差一隻限滑  而家用之後就冇晒事Lu~~

跑爛地的話,中差的啤鈴要經常檢查,如死左呢粒啤鈴繼續玩,會燒熔中差殼。

rcmart不過而家冇貨!ST Racing都有出可上A Main Hobbies訂!

又重又貴換黎仲乜？多餘。

If you play the Slash in beach or some place that possibily be weted by salty water, then the screw will get rustly very fast (even you clean it after play), rustly screw will be difficult be taken off if you need repair later.   多餘 ??

    Totally agree !!

其實本人都不太建議在海灘玩, 一來清洗麻煩, 二來就算洗完, d金屬都會生銹, 好麻煩

咁你快 d 去配埋不鏽鋼啤呤 ... 濕水玩車第一件瓜就係啤呤 !

早兩日玩草地,有d草攝左入d轆的啤鈴到一齊磨,磨到塊藍色膠幾乎無哂,d沙塵入哂啤鈴。
用番普通啤鈴會唔會襟磨d? 塊藍色膠好似幫唔到手

E 位 Ching 一早話左自己玩車 is for fun with his children only. 所以做換乜都冇所謂. 但係 架車一落鹹水, 換乜縲絲都死.  所有金屬野都會rusting.

Gimsink Ching  please have a detail check with all bearings, motor shaft and gear box, hope they arent rusting or sanding yet, clean them immediately with wd40 or sell it out before everything breaks

In my case, the main gear bearing get rusting seriously and the small bearing of the torque slipper a littel rust (a few round play in beach and even flush by lots tapwater after each play), I bought some replacement bearing in MK (not KWS) and grease-protect it and install back ( details in other post ). 3 round play in beach and no rust so far. All other bearings are OK wor, no rust at all !

Turnbuckles and camber link also serious rust, go to SASA and buy a small bottle transperant finger nail oil, or pink/red etc...as you like ( high quality HK$25, cheap one HK$6, I buy cheap one ) and brush linkage 3-5 layesr to prevent rusting. That's it !
Gearbox protected by diff. oil, no rusting.
Motor shaft also rust, but " for fun with my boy only", forget about it !! haha.
