Below 1//8 motor and Esc is a normal setup for 1/8 Buddgy? should i uses 2200-kv motor??

Your setup is good for fun, but not for racing. All water proof are sensorless, starting torque is not great. Suggest to change from sensorless to sensored type. 2000KV or below is best.
