I think as long as it is electric powered it's ok.. Gas power ones needs helmet and license....  This "sheep" looks like EP so I think that's ok..
Hey, brother louis, I think you and your girlfriend are both very lucky.... you are lucky to have your gf play trucks with you and she is lucky that she has a nice scooter to play with...  Very nice couple!!!
