平民版 lipo cutoff circuit^_^

I think you can change the ref.voltage by LM317 to get  10.5V cut off function.
Otherwise,you can use a 5K varible resistor as a voltage divider to step down 10.5V to 6.2V since the power consumption to small for this circuit.
