Oh yes Brother, this Mugen converted Truggy only has a relatively short A arms .... since it is converted from a Buggy.  A normal Truggy, as per description by Hong Nor, has a longer A arms on both sides, like what they made for their CRT ....

I always had the impression that the wheel extender (the long hex) from the conversion kit accounts for the shortness of the buggy arms.

This is one of the biggest monster I ever see .... new in the market, costs more than US$1K and should I call this a Truggy??
