I think you should put it like this:
Ｅveryone should write a draft in either Ｅnglish or Ｃhinese. Ｆind a chinese or english teacher from this forum and choose the best one. Ｃhinese: 500 words Ｅnglish: 400 words. Ｉ will be the first one tho write the draft in Ｅnglish by this month, and then Ｉ will post it to the here.
