At first I also break a few T Bar at JV (when there were BRICK blocks), now only break one after many runs in two three months.....

Suggest to apply CVA (or AA glue) to edges (like Carbon Fibre Chassis) and thin areas.  This will make T-Bar much stronger from accidents.
