試下用大一d的膠齒, 如64pth 100t, 及用黑色做的膠呀, 應該可解决你的問題.
當然用48pitch 最好, 但最好用黑色制的

may be the gear box deformed after you crash.  My CRC experience the same before, even using 48pitch

Let me answer for 威威, he has tried, 64 pitch spur gear from TOP, Xeron, Kawada.
It is a problem of gear box or some design.

I push a 4.0 motor on F103 with 64 pitch, still can last for very long time. And of course rocket speed at GP track.

Oh..... that may be some thing wrong on the motor mount etc.
I use the gear from KP of US

    It was not, I suffered  the same issue on my 96T. But the issue has been solved after applying 100t 64 pitch or 78t 48pitch

    For most nuts, it is 3/16".
    I have brought one from 五金鋪 and you can tell them for a 5 號 socket driver (9 號 for the nylon diff nut)
