I want to ask are only mr01, mr015 RM and mr02 RM shell are suitablt for AWD?
And are the rims that with the shell of mr01, mr015 RM and mr02 RM shell are suitablt for AWD?

Rims = NO! Must use AWD rims. Different shape.

Shell, just make sure the shell is tall enough. And the wheel base are either 90mm or 94mm.
