Thanks for the reply, the damper indicated as 'ssg dsp kit with blue led.'  the package came with 2 screws but I think it should require 4 screws... am I guessd it right?  either I am wrong or I need to buy more screws...  
Any help is appreciated.

No need to buy extra screw, ask the Boss to give you other 2 screw!!

there are two screws on the board!

C兄,比個電郵地址比我,我有說明書.

應該一共有四口螺絲, 兩口用黎打落摩打座上, 另外兩口要用介子打落車身到.
