Testing performance of TOP Sabre FD

Finally tested the Sabre FD this night and here is the spec of  my car:

Pinion gear : 18T
Motor : SpeedPassion 13.5 R
ESC : Hobbywing 120A with Turbo mode

I set the turbo start at 6000rpm and the boost level is max and the timing is max.
Tested the car around 10mins, I feel the car need time to accelerate and the max speed is ok fast.  The car control is good (actually i don't know how is bad).

Next step may increase the weight of the car front side and let see will it improve the accelerate, but i am not sure whether should i change the pinion gear to improve the speed .

Dear Powis C hing,

Could you more details in setting such as suspension spring (Soft/Medium/Hard) and suspension oil in W (e.g. 50W) etc.. I would like to buy one...

佢 18齒 摩打齒大約係 6.44:1 左右!

i am bad that because just want to have a quick test at night so did not set the car normally.

BTW i used the default spring and the oil is front 35 rear 30.

I see.. I am less experience in onroad car.. last FF is FF01.. long time ago haha

Sorry on my description which may not be detail enough.

Because i just test the car in the basket 場, not a racing track, so it really can't reflect the actual performance.  

Just from my observation, the car need around 3 to 4 seconds to reach the maximum speed, i guess that may due to the dust in the ground can't provide enough traction to the car, and also may due to the characteristics of FD car.

I doesn't mean other cars no need time for acceleratioin, just compare with 4wd car with low turn motor, the acceleration is totally different (may less than a second to reach the max), of course that is not a fair comparison.

Forget to say the length of the straight road is around 34M.

i am bad that because just want to have a quick test at night so did not set the car normally.
