That is why i asking if the FET can handle it or not! (And none of you people actually realize it

The Microcontroller's PWM output has very little current. and in many cases, it'll required to be "umped" up by a driver chip so that the FET can be turn on properly. (For the cars, you need them, but for aircraft ESC, it might not required.)

if the FET didn't turn on properly, and in some case, Biased correctly. The FET will be blown. In the worse case, The microcontroller will be destroyed! (That what happened when i build my 2nd ESC)

Please note that the mosfet is driven by driver whose signal come from MCU. The RMS mosfet driving current is very small as it is voltage control device. However, the peak driving current can be large. Usually, the lower Rdson mosfet would take higher peak driving current which the mosfet driver may not be able to handle it.

To play safe, you can select a lower Rdson mosfet with same or smaller total gate charge. Then the peak driving current will not exceed your original ESC driver capability.

ps:其實我好耐之前自己都已經改過一只1/18 o既ESC,真系勁好多

再ps一下:上面有位brother話想要一粒,肯定冇辦法啦,一粒成本貴到飛起~

一般正常ESC是無升壓 , 而影响可用摩打TURN數及電流是FET的所限電流 , 所以FET限流細用在不合齒比和合圈數摩打會燒ESC , 但換了FET便會使限流提升做到電流增壓增加起步車速 , 但不可麻木換大FET , 因低成本ESC其他電子原件本身無想過用這麽大電流 , 所以還是等樓主測誠出個報告效果好一點 , 人老怕死

I say it drain current from mosfet driver and not mcu directly(please note that mosfet driver has individual power supply),and the mosfet driver output a high voltage that come from the charge pump inside the mosfet driver!!!!!!

So, it is depend on mosfet driver output current that can handle it or not!!!!

諗頭幾好,不過本人對電子唔熟.......我唔建議新手咁做......同埋O的FET咁樣辣出嚟又辣入去.....
辣死咗就.......真係俾錢買過隻........

以前O的MINI Z話辣FET都要又唔知要幾多溫度下,又唔可以過幾多秒.....唔知呢隻會唔會有呢O的要求.......

所以.....我覺得新手都係唔好搞好.....
